CHARACTERISTIC

  • high thermal insulation of the product, thanks to the Thermotec perimeter frame
  • complete lack of thermal bridges
  • wide range of flap dimensions:  min. 800 x 800 mm / max. 1280 x 2500 mm *

  • Specially designed for installation in rooms
    with temperature scales such as:
    –  4°C in the case of cold rooms
    –  from –28°C to 4°C in the case of freezer rooms
  • selection of colors from the RAL palette for the external finish of the hatch leaf
  • Various internal finishes of the flap leaf available in stainless steel
    and galvanized coated sheet metal
  • maximum tightness
  • product certified in accordance with PN EN 12101-2, CE marked   

 

CONSTRUCTION
Material

  • flap leaf: Stainless steel or aluminum/steel sheet 0.63 mm – 0.8 mm; galvanized, covered with plastic
  • core insulation of the flap leaf: Polyurethane B2 according to DIN 4102-1, no thermal bridges with an insulation thickness of 120 mm
  • frame: PVC, Thermotec frame 150 mm × 50 mm

  • pneumatic actuator: JOFO (electric actuator control available)
